Some capital loss carryover to redeem from 2018, thanks bitcoin! No purchase offer participation now. 1095b for MediCal, but you don’t have to report/pay anything. Foreign tax credit for the first time, a whopping $15 from STX (Ireland) and TSM (Taiwan).

- Did a virtual survey of all my household goods with the moving agent. Estimated ship weight. I’m on the very small end. Confirmed pack date for next friday.

- Ejection seats on helicopters are very uncommon. It’s newer. Most jettison the rotors to clear the way, then eject the seat or whole cockpit.

- Most likely process: no homefinding trip, temp housing for <60 days, rent for ~6 months, buy. This gives time to establish bearings, find the right neighborhood, and build pay stubs for the loan. An inversion is expected this year for the shift from a seller’s to a buyer’s market, which helps me also.
