    Breakfast every day for the last few years. Premade powder jars. Throw one in a blender bottle with homemade oat milk. Shake and go. Make a new batch every 12 days.

    • 1 tbsp chia seeds
    • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
    • 1 tsp ceylon cinnamon
    • 1 1sp amla
    • 1 tsp matcha
    • 1 tsp maca
    • 1/4 tsp glutamine
    • 1/4 tsp lion’s mane
