- Progressive web apps, remember. Built in web but feel like app. Crossplatform browser/mobile. Need (1) service worker so it can still function offline and (2) manifest.json for stuff like the icon to use.

- BoA requires an explanation of all gifts for the down payment. This process is crazy. To make it easy on my parents (and not require print/sign/scan/ugh), I created a docusign and filled out everything except 2 fields.
