- Sherisse inspection. All the usual cleaning, plus blinds and windows. Estimate: $560. Round to 600 worst case, 2500 deposit, briley gets 400 for cat, then we each get 750 after that. She’ll mail the check to him.
- Significant work on the house. Went through: living room, kitchen, bathroom, hallway/cabinet, balcony. The only remaining spaces are the bedroom and the garage.

- Paid the toll online for 73 south to Laguna woods last night, $8.65 for a few miles. Absolutely ridiculous. Worth a detour next time.
